In this role I led graphic design initiatives for marketing strategies and digital content, enhancing audience engagement and brand identity. I directed fundraising, marketing, and development initiatives while providing strategic direction for the corporation to promote and identify marketing opportunities aimed at increasing cultural sensitivity. I instructed colleagues on procedures, plans, and philosophies related to the cultural corporation, including the tax benefits of donating under Chilean cultural law, and I prepared comprehensive written documents and delivered oral presentations about policies and procedures. Additionally, I evaluated project budgets and supervised all community arts and heritage events, ensuring their successful execution. I expanded the Cultural Corporation internationally by establishing fruitful collaborations and partnerships, and I managed logistics, projects, travel, and expenses efficiently to support our mission.
